Positive: A very new facility. It looked like I am the first customer. Unlike in many hotels, the bed was not too soft, pillows not too hard. Finally I got a good sleep!

Negative: There was fruit tea but no black tea :) That is all I can complain about. For some people ground floor can be a bit of an obstacle but for me it was OK. I did not see any people walking by the window.
